We spent a year sourcing the ceramics for our dining venues. We finally partnered with a master potter living in a nearby mountain province who still fires ceramics in an underground wood kiln.

The erratic flames create unpredictable glazes, meaning no two bowls at Serene Bay are identical. Embracing this wabi-sabi philosophy grounds our hyper-refined cuisine in rustic, human authenticity.
