Booking terms

These terms govern a direct booking of Villa Sekoya, made with the site editor named in the legal notice.
Object
The booking is for the exclusive rental of the whole villa in Hin Kong Bay, Koh Phangan, Thailand, for a short stay.
Price
Prices are in US dollars and cover the whole villa. A cleaning fee of 60 USD applies per stay. The minimum stay is 4 nights, or 7 nights over the festive period.
Payment
You may pay 50 percent now, with the balance settled directly with the owner on arrival, or 100 percent now. A non-refundable rate gives 10 percent off for a booking made at least 30 days before arrival, paid in full. The amount due is charged when you book.
Cancellation and refunds
- Full refund: cancellation at least 30 days before arrival.
- 50% refund: cancellation between 7 and 30 days before arrival.
- No refund: cancellation less than 7 days before arrival.
- No show on arrival: the full stay is due.
- Non-refundable offer: 10% discount for any booking made at least 30 days in advance; these bookings are not refundable.
No-show, arrival and departure
A no-show on arrival is charged as the full stay. Arrival and departure times are agreed with the owner.
Capacity
The villa accommodates up to four adults. Children are welcome from the age of five.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Thai law. The courts of Surat Thani have jurisdiction.
